HOW TO BOOK
To Book & Pay On-Line
Please complete the on-line booking form at the end of which you are requested to pay your deposit through the secure on-line payment system.
Booking by Post
Please download, print and send your booking form by post with a cheque deposit of £200.00 made out to ‘Boxwood Tours Ltd’.
Booking Confirmation
On receipt of your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation with all details for you to check, as well as an indication of when the outstanding amount is due plus your PIN for paying the balance on line if preferred.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before the tour start date.
To Pay On-Line
Select ‘Bookings’ on the green top menu bar, then ‘Pay Balance’.
Enter your PIN given on your Booking Confirmation to pay the balance due on your tour payment.
By Post
Simply send a cheque for the required amount made out to ‘Boxwood Tours Ltd’
Please make all cheques out to 'Boxwood Tours Ltd'
Holiday Confirmation
On receipt of your full payment, we will send a Holiday Confirmation with your Travel Pack.
Please note: We ask all our travellers to consider carefully the physical demands of garden tours. Many of the gardens are large, sometimes with steps and uneven surfaces. Please discuss any concerns that may arise with the Boxwood office before booking. Whilst there is much scope for flexibility within each tour to accommodate a range of limitations and needs, we do have to be clear what they may be before accepting your booking. Should we have to cancel your holiday due to failure to disclose physical and/or medical information on booking, or of changes in circumstances after booking, we reserve the right to apply cancellation charges as per our booking conditions.
