TOUR INFORMATION

00 Prices quoted for each tour include:

  • Return transport from stated point of departure (including flights where stated) and all transport included in the itinerary. If you wish to arrange your own flights, please liaise with the Boxwood office to ensure convenient joining arrangements. It is important that you clearly state on your Booking Form if you do not require flights.

  • En-suite accommodation: bed and breakfast, half board or full board as stated in the individual itinerary.

  • All guiding, lecture and entrance fees.

  • Detailed notes on all the gardens to be visited.

  • Additional meals and welcome receptions as stated in the itineraries.

 

00 Prices do not include:

  • Travel Insurance: it is mandatory that all travellers be covered by travel insurance. If you require information, advice or assistance in obtaining travel insurance, please contact the Boxwood Tours Office, Tel. 01341 241717

  • Drinks and meals not mentioned in the itineraries.

  • Travel to the tour departure point

Alterations to the Itineraries

Please note that, although we make great efforts to keep to the publicized itineraries, we sometimes have to make minor changes and reserve the right to do so. In particular we have no control over changes issued to us from the airlines. Flight numbers, airports and times given in this brochure are correct at the time of going to print. We will notify you as quickly as possible of any changes.


Customer Protection

For Tours Not Including Flights:

In compliance with the EC directive to the travel industry, we now issue Financial Failure Insurance Certificates to protect payments to us until tour completion.

For Tours Including Flights:

These tours will be booked with Albatross Travel Group Limited ATOL 5116 for whom we act as agents and bookings are subject to their booking conditions (displayed on the back of our Booking Form). When we have accepted the booking, we shall issue an ATOL receipt, which confirms that money for the air holiday is held by us on behalf of Albatross Travel Group Ltd. A contract will exist between you and Albatross Travel Group Ltd. once they issue an ATOL confirmation invoice, which will be forwarded to you as soon as it is issued. This is in accordance with the CAA regulations.

For Your Consideration

We ask all of our travellers to consider carefully the physical demands of garden tours and to discuss any concerns you may have with the Boxwood office before booking. There is much scope for flexibility within each tour to accommodate a range of limitations and needs, but we do have to be clear what they may be before accepting your booking. Should we have to cancel your holiday due to failure to disclose physical and/or medical information on booking or of changes in circumstances after booking, we reserve the right to apply cancellation charges as per 'Booking Conditions' set out on the reverse of your booking forms and confirmation documents.

How to Book

To book, please complete the on-line to reserve a tour place(s). ...............................Garden Tours

You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation and invoice for a deposit to confirm your booking.

On receipt of you deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation with all details for you to check, as well as an indication of when the outstanding amount is due.

On payment of the outstanding amount you will receive your holiday confirmation and your travel pack.
